Returns & refunds

Every shirt is printed for you, so we don’t take returns for a change of mind — except where the law gives you that right, which it does in the EU and the UK. Wrong size and damaged shirts are covered everywhere.

Outside the EU and the UK, all other sales are final. None of this affects your legal rights if a shirt is faulty.

How to ask

Email hello@cheapfunnyshirts.com with your order number, what you would like, and photos if the shirt is damaged. Please wait for a reply before posting anything: it tells you where to send it. Parcels sent without asking first can’t be processed.

Cancelling in the EU or the UK

• Tell us within 14 days of the day your order arrives. You don’t have to give a reason.
• Send the shirt back within 14 days of telling us, unworn and in the condition it arrived. You pay the postage to send it back.
• We refund what you paid, including the standard postage to you, within 14 days of getting the shirt back (or proof you posted it), to the card or account you paid with.
• If a shirt has been worn or handled more than you would need to check it in a shop, we may take the drop in its value off the refund.

Swapping a size

One size up or one size down, within 15 days of delivery. The shirt has to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Use the size guide before you order and you probably won’t need this.

Damaged or faulty

Send a clear photo within 15 days of delivery and we will replace it. The shirt has to be unworn. If a fault only shows later, your legal rights still apply.
